Überwindungen — Leben und Überleben in 100 Comics
Tara Booth

Rose petals to distract from bed bugs, the struggle of changing a duvet cover, coping with an eating disorder: rarely have the small and large worries of life been portrayed as fearlessly and comically as in Tara Booth’s Overcomings. The exhibition offers a glimpse into this lovingly biting manifesto for more self-love and for normalizing an unoptimized life. The book suggests that the process of self-discovery can be tedious, non-linear, yet also funny and strangely beautiful. The exhibition presents originals and prints from the book, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in Tara’s dense and colorful cosmos. Curated by Edition Moderne.
