INTO THE UNKNOWN
SPRING Kollektiv

Breaking new ground can arise from necessity—or from a desire for new experiences. Yet the unknown also stirs ambivalent feelings in us: curiosity and anxiety, adventurousness and fear, excitement and resistance. „INTO THE UNKNOWN“ is the theme of the 22nd SPRING anthology, in which 15 participating artists deliberately venture into uncharted territory in their graphic narratives. The contributions are the result of collaborations and dialogue with scientists, organizations, partners, doctors, friends, grandparents, children, animals, and even with the unknown within oneself. At Frappant Gallery, the anthology will be presented alongside new works by the artists on this theme. Accompanying events will highlight individual collaborations in more detail.
The opening reception is on Friday, October 3, 2025, starting at 7 p.m.
