Just in time for the comic festival, Judith Kranz‘s comic debut „SOMA“ will be released alongside an exhibition at the GLASEREI. „SOMA“ takes us into a post-apocalyptic world in which water, earth and air are contaminated. The small people of the Soma have learned to survive in this hostile environment – thanks to their powerful allies: the trees. They provide the Soma with food, air-filtering masks and protective suits as well as new life, but this blessing comes at a price. When the main character Lan is expected to self-sacrifice for the community, it triggers an escape. Thus, the story unfolds into a journey to a contaminated, unknown land from which no expedition has ever returned …
