Xao Bookshop
Although Xao come from the same illustration and graphic design studio at the UMPRUM Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague, their approaches are quite diverse. In their exhibition, they present prints, drawings, and small sculptures created in their spare time — including spheres, fish, small figures, vegetables, insects, and books.
The opening reception is on Friday, October 3, 2025, starting at 9 p.m.

About Xao Bookshop
Xao is a gallery, bookstore and independent publisher from Prague, run by a collective of four illustrators. Their focus is on contemporary illustration, printmaking and book culture. Since 2016, Xao has been presenting books, zines and prints by Czech and international illustrators and comic creators – from established artists to students and interesting self-taught artists. Their selection represents an independent, non-commercial scene and also includes experimental projects that are published in small editions.
