4. — 7. Oktober 2018

English Program

The festival's program with its wide range of exhibitions, readings, and the comic book fair is characterized by its special focus: artistically demanding, independent productions and graphic novels.
For the last 12 years, we have been creating a network of artists, creatives, publishers, art venues, and small neighborhood shops and cafés, to provide current comics and graphic novels to a wide audience. We pay particular attention to interesting young comic artists from Hamburg and Germany.
Our festival should be open to everyone, which is why almost all our events are free. We thank all cooperation partners and voluntary helpers who support us. The Comicfestival Hamburg Team wishes you an exciting and entertaining festival weekend!
